CIS 111 22W: Introductions

My name is Jackie and I am majoring in Business Administration focusing on Accounting. I am planning on transferring after BCC but I haven't decided where I would like to go yet. I have experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. In high school it was mandatory to take a class which taught you how to use these programs. Throughout the class, we would make spreadsheets with examples from the text book using Excel. We had to make a PowerPoint about the first computers using the PowerPoint program. We used Word everyday whether it was doing a typing exercise or typing fake letters. I have not yet taken CIS 110 and I am taking this class because I would like to learn more about Word, PowerPoint, etc. It is also mandatory for me to take this class with my major.
